The family-run Seehotel Europa stands for the highest quality, enjoyment with all the senses and warm hospitality. We are looking for a passionate sous-chef for our à la carte restaurant "Die Brasserie" and the "Seerestaurant Portofino". In our hotel restaurant "Die Brasserie" we offer our guests delicious Austrian dishes as well as enjoyable theme evenings. Your responsibilities: Supporting the head chef Processing and preparing food for the à la carte area Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene Supporting colleagues Your profile: Cooking is your passion Reliable, creative, team player Professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry Conscious handling of high-quality products
Requirements
If you have completed training and have professional experience in a comparable position, can identify with your area of responsibility to the highest degree, are creative and committed and also have the highest quality awareness, then you have come to the right place in our team!
