The ****S Romantik SPA Hotel Elixhauserwirt is now managed by Michaela Gmachl in the 23rd generation. Only 5 km from the city of Salzburg, the oldest family business in Austria is located in beautiful Elixhausen. The year-round business is one of the leading businesses in Salzburg and the surrounding area and was named "Employer of the Year" in 2013. "Well-being lies in our nature" is our motto, which stands for enjoyment, relaxation and security
The award-winning cuisine offers typical Austrian and creative delicacies, which our guests enjoy in the lovingly renovated parlors or in the charming guest garden
Our guests find relaxation in the GMACHL Panorama SPA "Horizont", on over 1,500 m², which convinces with a fantastic panoramic view of the Salzburg mountains, indoor pool with open fireplace, sauna area with relaxation pavilion and its own ladies SPA
The satisfaction, productivity and loyalty of our approximately 80 employees are close to our hearts. For this reason, we recently built a new employee house with 36 comfortable living units for our employees in September 2013. Since health is also a matter close to our hearts, we offer a company health promotion program "GMACHL Herzblut" with a sports and leisure program for all employees.
