Requirements

What you bring to the table:

Your tasks:

Management and staff management in the restaurant and bar area
Employee scheduling and creation of duty rosters and table plan based on hotel utilization
Purchasing goods and controlling in coordination with the F&B Manager
Checking cleanliness and assisting with cleaning work in the restaurant and bar area
Guest reception and seating as well as active guest care
Training and further education of employees and apprentices
Structuring service procedures and work processes according to defined quality and hygiene standards
Regular meetings

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time (6 days/week, 48 hours)

Work experience: 1 Jahr

Monthly salary: 3790 €
Salary type: gross
: Net from € 2672 standard wage & standard overpayment for 6 days/week 48h. Additional vacation allowance & Christmas bonus. Net from € 2328 for 5 days/week 42h. Overpayment for additional hours, additional qualifications & several years of professional experience.
