In our award-winning restaurant with creative regional and international cuisine, we delight our guests every day - and that's exactly why we're looking for you to join our kitchen team!

- Responsibility for your own post (e.g. Gardemanger, Entremétier, Saucier)

- Preparation, cooking and serving of high-quality dishes

- Support in menu planning and further development of our kitchen line

- Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)

- Guidance and support for commis de cuisine and interns

- Completed training as a chef and professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry

- Creativity, a passion for cooking and a high level of quality awareness

- Independent, structured way of working and team spirit

- Enjoy the job and working with fresh, regional products

- A secure year-round job in a family-run hotel

- Work in a committed, motivated kitchen team

- Fair pay above the collective - depending on qualifications and experience

- 5.5 or 6-day week possible, depending on agreement

- Free meals (also on days off) & accommodation in our staff house
