Description
As Chef de Partie, your creative spirit will significantly inspire the kitchen philosophy of the Gröller Hospitality businesses. With the opening of the new Hotel Post am See and the upholding of quality standards in the lakeside hotel "Das Traunsee" with the boathouse, you take on the challenge of creating culinary masterpieces. As part of the Gröller Hospitality kitchen team, you will work under the direction of Lukas Nagl, Executive Chef and Chef of the Year 2023.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for specific kitchen areas and coordinate smooth processes.
- We look forward to your ideas for the creation of new menu sequences in coordination with the Executive Chef and your head chef.
- The food is prepared and presented according to our standards.
- You respond professionally to guests' wishes, allergies and intolerances.
- Compliance with quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you.
- You ensure an effective exchange between the culinary teams, the reception and the reservations department.
- Correct storage and careful handling of food in the kitchen area is your standard.
- Training and passing on your knowledge in joint planning with the Executive Chef and your head chef are important to you.
Your profile:
- You already have several years of professional experience in the high-end segment
- Completed training as a chef
- Your personal and professional development have a high priority in your life
- You are characterized by strong communication skills and enthusiasm
- You speak German and English very well
- A high guest and service orientation as well as cultivated manners and an impeccable appearance are your requirements
- In this role, you will work very independently and efficiently
- You are aware of the Gröller Hospitality philosophy and you enjoy living the brand and making it tangible for our guests.
