Deputy reservation manager Employee Reservation (m/f/d)

Your tasks include

• Accepting, processing and checking incoming individual & group reservations
• Creating and sending reservation offers and confirming them
• Providing detailed individual advice to our guests on the phone
• trusted contact person for our guests and bookers
• General guest correspondence and administrative activities
• close cooperation with all operational departments

For this position we are looking for applicants with

• completed training in a comparable job (office, reception, commercial professions)
• Knowledge of English and confidence in using the common MS Office programs is an advantage
• ideally knowledge of PROTEL
• Reliability, sociability and good empathy
• Very good manners as well as a well-groomed and positive appearance
• positive charisma and a communicative personality
