- CheckIn/CheckOut
- Inform guests, take care of them and fulfill their wishes
- Handle phone calls with guests, suppliers and customers
- active sale of rooms, services and wellness treatments
- Invoicing and cashing
- Cash management
- completed training as a hotel manager or experience in a comparable position
- Fluency in spoken and written language
- English skills advantageous
- Computer skills as well as technical understanding advantageous (Protel & MS Office advantageous)
- Organizational skills - you keep the overview
- positive and open charisma with own spirit
- friendly, flexible, helpful and resilient - you keep a cool head
