Description
We are looking for a full-time sous chef to join our team from December 2024.
Your tasks:
- Preparation, finishing and serving of all components of a dish with the aim of Highest quality in taste, appearance, product hygiene and color
- Coordination of orders and all individual production stages, taking into account the optimum condition and quantity at all times
- Checking compliance with the specified standards, particularly with regard to employees and deliveries
- Compliance with all hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP
- Constant monitoring of stock levels
- Collaboration in menu design
Requirements
- completed training as a chef with sound food and product knowledge
- Professional experience in this or a similar position
- Knowledge of national and international cuisine
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
