For the coming winter season we are looking for you as
Chef Tournant (m/f)
- Management of a post and the associated team of Demichefs and Commis
- Assistance in the continuous training of our team
- Cross-post work
- Careful and correct handling of the equipment and products provided
- Contributing ideas for the further development of varied menus in our full-board kitchen
- Responsible for cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards in the assigned work areas
Requirements
- Sound training and professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
- Experience in a comparable position desirable
- Enjoyment of the job
- Ability to work independently
- Contribute your own ideas and creativity
- Commitment, flexibility, resilience and team spirit
