YOUR TASKS

*Preparation and control of the restaurant for the arrival of guests

*Advising and serving food and drinks for breakfast, à-la-carte and buffet in the afternoon and half-board menu in the evening

*Coordination of your work area

*Organization of a smooth service process

*Carrying out bookings and invoicing independently and on your own responsibility

*Support and supervision of the Chef de Rangs

*Performing the role of host and supporting the restaurant management by arrangement

YOUR PROFILE

*Successfully completed training in the hotel industry

*Experience in an equivalent position in the hotel or catering industry

*Organizational skills

*Charming appearance to guests

*Specialist knowledge of food and beverages

*Sense of responsibility as well as commitment, willingness to serve and team-oriented way of working

*Friendly and cordial demeanor

*Enjoy dealing with people from all over the world

*Good language skills in German and English
