We are looking to strengthen our kitchen team: We are looking for a dedicated childcare worker (m/f/d) to join us at Familiengut Burgstaller in Döbriach with immediate effect or by arrangement.

What you will do

Looking after and supervising children
Planning and carrying out activities such as handicrafts, painting and games for children
Organizing and carrying out day trips to museums, amusement parks, etc.
Ensuring the safety of the children
Organizing the roster
Organization & ordering of play equipment
Enjoyment of the job and friendly, guest-oriented charisma

Requirements

Ideally a completed education in the field of education
Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
Independent and responsible way of working
Good interaction with children and empathy
Stress resistance, resilience and good conflict management skills
Excellent knowledge of German, foreign languages an advantage
Open-mindedness and creativity
Team spirit and communication skills
Reliability, flexibility & commitment

Language skills

German

B1 (Intermediate)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Offer

Regulated working hours: 5 days, 5.5 days or 6 days per week - by arrangement
