Wellness area management (m/f/d)

• Operational management of the 4-6 person team & the boutique spa area
• Development of new ideas, offers & concepts
• Instruction and implementation of body treatments and wellness massages
• Personnel management and contact person for employees in the department
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the spa area
• Administrative activities (scheduling treatments, personnel planning, purchasing & sales)
• Cross-departmental cooperation with all areas of the hotel
• Induction of new employees
• Acceptance of spa treatments

• You speak very good German
• You have completed training in massage and/or cosmetics or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in the spa & wellness sector
• First management experience or a comparable position
• Structured & reliable way of working
• Business management thinking
• Good PC skills
