As the first and most important point of contact, you are an advisor, listener and anchor for our guests.
You are the calm personified and always keep an overview of your tasks in the stressful moments of everyday life and give our guests a feeling of security and ease. You are passionate about fulfilling all our guests' wishes and requests.
Taking care of everything from check-in to check-out is a matter of course for you.
You are characterized by warmth and communication skills, and team spirit is just as important to you as teamwork.
It would be great if you have already gained some experience at reception and are now ready to implement your ideas with us and break new ground.
