Your tasks - Responsible for the care of guests in the restaurant and bar area - Ensuring an optimal service process - Responsible for the guidance and control of active employees and trainees in the restaurant - Carrying out room service orders or a professionally correct service - Compliance with the prescribed HACCP guidelines - Optimization of sales in the restaurant area through additional sales
Requirements
Your profile - Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel / catering industry - Completed vocational training in the hotel / restaurant industry - Very good German and English skills - Organizational skills, teamwork and leadership skills - Good wine knowledge - Ambition, sociability and motivation - High service and quality orientation - Excellent communication as well as convincing and winning appearance - Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and high motivation - Team player and stress resistance
