You fit in with us because ...

- Completed training as a chef or comparable qualification

- Several years of professional experience in the hotel industry as a sous chef, junior sous chef, additional training (e.g. diet chef) an advantage

- Knowledge of seasonal and regional products and their processing

- Creativity and innovative spirit in the development of new dishes and menus

- Affinity and passion for the tourism industry and enjoyment of personal development and openness to new trends

- Strong quality awareness with regard to food and its preparation

- Consistently ensuring the specified quality standards and representative presentation of buffet and plated dishes

- Menu planning based on our Eat concept and setting seasonal highlights

- Professional planning of food preparation and kitchen processes

- Service-oriented and friendly guest communication, also with regard to advice and complaint management

- In your role model function, you motivate, support and encourage your colleagues and employees and live an open and respectful interaction with each other

- Supporting the head chef in operational management

- A high degree of budget responsibility, in particular the use of goods, as well as careful use of resources

- Implementing and living our corporate philosophy and - Agile management of the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef in accordance with the company mission statement

- Responsible for complying with and monitoring the nutritional

- and HACCP hygiene guidelines and safety standards

Offer

The job is at least 2-seasonal with the possibility of an annual position. Your single accommodation is approx. 300m from the hotel with shower/WC, small kitchenette and balcony. Our hotel is located in a village setting, a 5-minute walk from the village with bars, cafés, thermal baths, restaurants and stores. Further benefits include free use of the fitness studio and spa area with saunas and whirlpool.
