Yes, it is the attitude of our suppliers that we find in the organic quality ingredients. And it is the attitude of our house that determines how we deal with it: appreciative, skillful, imaginative
Our Wednesday becomes Friday - Meat Free Day. A day under the sign of saving resources & the CO2 balance. A day to set an example, a day without meat, but with lots of flavor from nature!
You don't have to mention that because it's actually self-evident, but we do it anyway because we're proud of it: We cook organic, seasonal and we cook everything - from root to stem and from tenderloin to pork belly and offal. Everything about the animal is worth cooking!
