We have been running our family-run restaurant and hotel near Munich for 20 years. At the heart of our business: a great, family team. Together we bring hospitality, innovation and sustainability together. For this we were awarded the Green Michelin Star in 2021.
Our corporate philosophy
Our colorful team consists of around 70 employees. They organize their work in the four divisions hotel, restaurant, beer garden and event catering with a lot of personal responsibility and freedom.
Whether regionality, animal welfare, sustainable management or promoting diversity - we want to take responsibility for the world of tomorrow. Because change does not come from the boss, but from within the team, our employees are our greatest potential. Anyone who wants to contribute ideas is very welcome. Many team members have been with us for years and have made their way from trainee to department manager. Here you meet friends, not colleagues. The Fürstenfelder is quietly located next to the Fürstenfeld monastery in the beautiful Amper meadows with a direct S-Bahn connection to Munich
