Your tasks The area of responsibility includes the following points: - managing a post in the kitchen together with the head chef - upscale Alpe-Adria restaurant Culinaro - new traditional-Mediterranean restaurant Weinbar Cafe Benediktus - complete event kitchen (company celebrations, congresses, seminars, weddings, Christmas parties, etc.) - organizing and managing the assigned staff.) - Assignment and management of the assigned employees at the post - Preparation and presentation of food in compliance with hygiene regulations and quality assurance - Control of inventory and necessary ordering in consultation with our chef - Monitoring and documentation of hygiene and safety standards - Ordering of goods, as well as acceptance and inspection of goods deliveries - Compliance with the use of goods and its control - Collaboration in the planning and implementation of events - Sense of responsibility & independent work - Well-groomed appearance and pleasant manners - Ability to work in a team, punctuality and reliability - Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays - Confident handling of stressful situations

Requirements
