With us at the Gern Alm you work in a small family environment with a lot of team spirit. We are a well-visited excursion and vacation inn in the middle of the Karwendel Nature Park at 1172m above sea level.

What we offer our employees
In addition to performance-based pay above the collective, we offer regulated working hours with a 5.5 or 6-day week. Board and lodging in our single rooms are free of charge.
For us it is important together the guests their vacations through our positive laughter and our way of working to make the alpine vacation something very special. Working together with us at eye level and respect - that is a principle - the emphasis is on TOGETHER - because ONLY TOGETHER we are strong!
