What we offer our employees
Basics
- Free accommodation with Wi-Fi.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are also provided on your day off.
- Opportunities for internal promotion, even during the season.
- Family members are eligible for a reduced room rate, subject to availability at our hotel.
- Obertauern Crew Card, offering numerous discounts in town.
- Employee raffle for an extra month's net salary (organized by the Obertauern Tourism Association).
TRAINING & CONTINUING EDUCATION
- Customized training and professional development programs. We are committed to investing in our employees’ skills and providing them with training tailored to their professional needs and aligned with our company’s requirements. Separate agreements with the company must be made for this purpose.
RECOGNITION & BONUSES
- Happy Birthday! We celebrate our employees' birthdays by giving them a small gift.
- Work clothes/laundry: Clean! Some of the most essential work clothes are provided. Laundry and ironing facilities are available on site.
- Overtime pay: Employees who work on Sundays and/or holidays receive the appropriate overtime pay, which is paid out in the final pay statement at the end of the season.
FITNESS & RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
- Our in-house gym is available to all employees free of charge, 24 hours a day.
- Discount on a season pass for the Obertauern ski area.
GROUP EVENTS
- Employee events. Every year, we host a season-ending event and a small Christmas party in December.
- Team outings. If you suggest group team activities, we will support them as appropriate, depending on the nature of the activity.
