Vegetables come from Gailtaler Hof Kunz, veal from Lungau and the Angus beef is supplied by Fritz Strobl
During the day, the hut is open for regular business with homemade cheese noodles or a butter-tender veal goulash. The upper dining room of the hut is dedicated to the country's gourmets on several evenings and a six-course fine dining menu with outstanding wines is served.
