Hotel Edelsberg - a family business with a history and a future

The Hotel Edelsberg is quietly located on the outskirts of Unterjoch in the Allgäu - surrounded by meadows, forests and a sweeping view of the mountains. The house has a long history: it used to be the first guesthouse in the village, later a school hostel, then a spa and sports hotel - and after a few years of being leased out, it is now back in family hands

We, the host family, run the hotel with a lot of passion, common sense and a small, motivated team. We are currently in the process of rebuilding: step by step, we are bringing new momentum into the hotel - without turning everything upside down. With a lot of personal effort, realistic goals and a clear focus on quality, regionality and personality

As a business, we are manageable but versatile: in addition to the hotel, a small farm also belongs to the family. This down-to-earth environment characterizes our attitude - also in the team. We work closely together, help each other and rely on honest communication instead of complicated hierarchies

Our employees take responsibility and are part of the whole - whether at reception, at breakfast or when preparing food on the terrace. Nobody is left on their own, but we expect you to think for yourself and lend a hand when necessary. In return, we offer reliable working hours, a clear structure to the day and genuine trust within the team
