Our corporate philosophy

We are a family-friendly hotel with 60 rooms (200 beds, including cots) in Flachau, in the Salzburg region, and we do not offer à la carte dining.
We offer our guests full board PLUS, which includes a breakfast buffet, lunch, an afternoon snack with non-alcoholic beverages served until 8:30 p.m., and a dinner menu, as well as free access to the wellness area and childcare services 7 days a week.
We go out of our way to pamper our guests—especially our younger guests—with the highest level of service, summer and winter alike.
The summer season runs from Pentecost to early November, and in the winter, we open in early December and close at Easter.
Together with our young, dedicated, and motivated team, we look forward to achieving excellence.
