Our corporate philosophy

We are a family-run business and treat our employees accordingly.
Our team is young and dynamic, with traditional values to ensure our guests have a wonderful time.
Our opening hours are unique in the restaurant industry, as we are open Monday through Friday and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (with a few exceptions). Our vacation schedule is also flexible, except for our company vacations, which are two weeks in the summer and from December 23 through January 6.
