We are a family-run, traditional hotel with 110 beds and a la carte restaurant and a high proportion of regular guests. The location of our house is in the center of Abtenau in the Lammertal in the region Dachstein-West-Salzkammergut, about 45 km south of Salzburg.
Our corporate philosophy
If you love working in the hospitality industry and particularly like the atmosphere of a family-run hotel, then you've come to the right place. At the Hotel Post, the well-being of our employees is our top priority after the well-being of our guests. Of course, we think about teamwork, because every employee is valuable. We are not too big where you lose track, but also not too small where you never get bored.
Our hotel has been a member of the Salzburger Land Hotels for over 25 years, which mainly promotes senior citizens as a target guest group. We are happy to provide you with accommodation/catering free of charge. Remuneration by arrangement. We are closed during April and November
