Our corporate philosophy
The Seevilla team is like a family made up of long-time employees. Many of them have been with us for over 10 years. This “family” works at Seevilla year-round—everyone lives and works in the Ausseerland region. Among other things, many employees live in their own staff housing right next to Seevilla.
What we offer our employees
We recently completed our staff housing complex, which features 11 apartments with balconies. It will be fully furnished and ready for occupancy by the end of the summer season. We are currently providing each resident with a room free of charge, including meals, TV service, internet, and access to a washing machine.
