We are a traditional family-run business, and our employees feel that in their daily work. Every single person is an important link in our chain! The recreational opportunities in the Zillertal are virtually endless. In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing, and tobogganing are at the top of the to-do list; in summer, mountain biking and hiking are the favorites, or simply relaxing by the lake, at the pool, or in nature—unwinding and enjoying the moment. Actually, that’s exactly what our guests love to do, too. After all, we work where others go on vacation! Of course, team outings like tobogganing evenings and the like are a must! :-)

We treat each person individually and support our employees through on-the-job training, external professional development, expanding their areas of responsibility, or assigning and increasing their responsibilities.
