The Zimba team consists of about 40 employees, for whom the well-being of our guests is the top priority in their work. For us at Ladurners, team spirit and mutual respect are just as important.

All employees are involved in important decisions and take personal responsibility. New ideas and suggestions are always welcome, because that is the only way we can improve as a company and grow together.

To ensure the future of our skilled workers, we train apprentices in all areas at Hotel Zimba. Internal meetings and training sessions are held every season, and we also support external seminars—it’s no coincidence that we’re an award-winning training company.
