Our corporate philosophy
We—Michi and Veronika—along with our family, have been striving since 1983 to let our guests in Zauchensee experience Salzburg hospitality and have a wonderful time with us.The Rauchkopfhütte is always our home from December through April—whether we’re in the kitchen, behind the bar, or at the regulars’ table.
What we offer our employees
As a long-standing employer, we offer our employees a friendly work environment that includes room and board. The daily work schedule is compact and limited by the ski run closure. Benefits such as a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, and the like are a given.
