What we offer our employees
As a company certified for the common good, we have developed our own Tannerhof pay scale, which is significantly higher than the current Dehoga pay scale.
We pay all eligible surcharges at the maximum rate.
-Apprentice salary: €1,400 in the first year, €1,600 in the second year.
-Staff housing, some of which is located right next to Tannerhof.
-A house with a garden for our apprentices.
Fair time tracking for EVERYONE.
-Off on Christmas.
