Our corporate philosophy

We are one of the leading 4-star superior hotels in Bad Hofgastein. We have received numerous awards, including two Golden Forks from Falstaff and top rankings on various review platforms. With the "Best of the Best" award from TripAdvisor, we have been voted one of the top 10 hotels in Austria!
Thanks to our above-average occupancy rates, we are able to introduce new innovations in both our front-of-house and back-office operations every year. Most of our employees have been with us for over five years. We see ourselves as a team with HEART and maintain a very collegial work environment.
Under the name Verwöhnhotel Bismarck, we operate the main Bismarck building, the Fürstenhaus (built in 2007) with its junior suites, and the Bismarck Schlössl with its luxury suites. In total, our hotel has 75 rooms with 132 beds. During peak seasons, we can accommodate up to 180 guests. We are constantly investing in quality; for example, the new Panorama Sauna with steam bath opened in 2021, and the wellness facility was completely redesigned in 2022. Our four thermal pools are unique in the Gastein Valley.
