Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Ideally experience as a chef and in employee management
- Commercial and organizational skills
Careful handling of food
Your tasks:
- Designing the menu and menu card
- Management of kitchen operations and rostering
- Purchasing and ordering
- Preparation of meals and compliance with our HACCP guidelines
- Language skills
