Description
The Romantik Hotel Barbarossa is a 5th generation family-run boutique hotel with 48 rooms in the heart of Constance's old town.
Under the motto "classically fine on top & simply good on the bottom", we serve upscale classic delicacies in the a la carte restaurant Weinstube from Tuesday to Saturday and in summer on the "Obermarkt" small fine things in a jar as well as Baden classics.
Located in the heart of the historic old town of Constance, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the largest city on Lake Constance on foot. Working where others go on vacation is a way of life here. There are plenty of opportunities for leisure activities, whether in the bustling old town, on the lake or in the green countryside.
Your future tasks:
- Welcoming and looking after guests in the restaurant as well as advising and selling
- Managing your own station
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Ensuring a smooth, high-quality service process
- Preparation of guest invoices and waiter bills
- Independent organization of events and banquets
- Decoration for events
- Compliance with hygiene standards when handling food

- completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry or career changer
- Team spirit
- high sense of responsibility
- very good knowledge of German and English, any other foreign language an advantage
