Description

For our partner company, the Hapimag Resort in St. Michael im Lungau with 110 vacation apartments and the restaurant "Herzstuben" we are looking for a cook (m/f/d) in full-time position.

Your tasks:
~ Preparation and cooking of all dishes of our à la carte menu
~ Preparation and preparation of buffet and menu stations
~ Takeover of kitchen items
~ Share responsibility of proper storage of various food items and material consumption
~ Ensure cleanliness throughout the kitchen area in compliance with HACCP guidelines in their work area

Requirements

What you take with you:

~ Completed training as a cook or chef
~ Very good knowledge of German mandatory
~ Language skills in English are an advantage
