We are looking for a motivated chef de partie for our company. You will support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. Your tasks Implementation of the A la Carte and half board areas Receipt of goods - distribution and control of quality and quantity, their documentation and professional storage Mise en place, preparations Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene Responsible for one item (cold dishes, dessert, side dishes, fish & meat) in rotation Control of the expiration dates of the goods Participation in the control and cleaning of the entire work area We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Requirements
