Requirements

Front office tasks: Guest mail, menus, key cards, check-in, check-out, ski pass sales, lists (departments), brochures (order - place - refill) + ski room and display, registration system

Back Office Tasks: Filing, office ordering, down payments fax-scan-copy, correspondence

Guest care: exemplifying friendliness, cordiality, commitment, guest data management (recording, updating, mailing codes), obtaining and recording detailed information about the guest, explanations and information about the hotel, the resort, the ski and hiking area, the region, arrival and departure, services and much more Complaint management, taking care of things for the guest within the scope of our possibilities

Sales: offer preparation and control, flexible room sales (remaining places, telephone client)
Sales calls (telephone), reservation processing, down payment processing

Invoicing: Preparation of room invoices, receipt control, cash register, ATM and credit card management, direct invoices
