Our corporate philosophy

Our new employees will find a great work environment here, new staff housing right on the mountain starting in winter 2026 (accommodations in the valley can also be arranged upon request), work clothes (shirts and jackets) are provided, and room and board are free.

What we expect from you: a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard, the ability to work well with others, reliability, punctuality, the ability to work independently, a sense of humor, and friendliness


About the Sonnalm Alpine Lodge:
Here, our guests can enjoy a beautiful, spacious sun terrace with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, as well as a grill station where grilled specialties are freshly prepared. We also serve our skiers refreshing drinks and cocktails at the après-ski umbrella bar! In the cozy wine bar with its tiled stove, our guests are treated to excellent wines and homemade culinary delights. We also offer lovely shared rooms with shower/toilet, including half-board, and feature a beautiful mountain wellness area; we’re also happy to organize birthday parties, barbecue evenings, corporate events, and various celebrations.
