We are a vacation rental sharing community. Together, we own 56 resorts with over 5,000 vacation rentals in popular destinations across Europe—by the sea, in the mountains, or in cities. Why? Because we want to enjoy our vacations in a relaxed and responsible way.

The Hapimag Resort in Sonnleitn, Austria, is nestled amidst the mountains of the Carnic Alps at an elevation of 1,400 meters in the Nassfeld region. Austrian hospitality is synonymous with warmth and friendliness, and for us, it comes naturally. With our 111 vacation apartments, the Almstüberl restaurant, an on-site mini-shop, playrooms for children and teens, an indoor pool, and a small wellness area, we bring a touch of vacation bliss to our guests.
