We are a vacation rental sharing community. Together, we own 55 resorts with over 5,000 vacation rentals in popular destinations across Europe—by the sea, in the mountains, or in cities. Why? The Hapimag Resort in Sonnleitn, Austria, is nestled amid the mountains of the Carnic Alps at an elevation of 1,400 meters in the Nassfeld region. Austrian hospitality is synonymous with warmth and friendliness—and for us, it’s second nature. With our 109 vacation apartments, the Almstüberl restaurant, an on-site mini-shop, playrooms for children and teens, an indoor pool, and a small wellness area, we bring a touch of vacation bliss to our guests. For this resort, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified individual to serve as an assistant cook (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season. Your responsibilities: ~ Mise en place for the evening service ~ Assisting with plating and preparing dishes ~ Cleaning and adhering to HACCP guidelines in the kitchen ~ Storing deliveries and checking temperatures upon receipt.
Requirements
You should have: ~ Completed training as a chef or equivalent experience as a kitchen assistant ~ Knowledge of Austrian cuisine and the preparation of typical desserts such as apple strudel, Palatschinken, etc. ~ Very good German language skills are required ~ English language skills are a plus but not required
