“Welcome!” – As the first point of contact at our Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld, our staff are the first people our guests interact with. However, they are not only responsible for welcoming guests and providing them with assistance; they also perform a range of interesting and varied tasks designed to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay.

We love being outdoors. We call it “Bergness.” Out into nature, into the woods, up into the mountains. Reconnecting with ourselves. Breathing in the fresh air. Opening our eyes. Staying active. Experiencing nature as a playground. Savoring the flavors and scents of the Gailtal Valley. Yes, that’s what we love.

We keep things relaxed here. We want you to arrive feeling at ease, feel comfortable, and just sit back and relax. We want you to enjoy your time with your family and children, your partner, or your friends. That’s exactly why we’ve designed our rooms and lounge. With a large fireplace, warm fabrics, cozy designer furniture—and plenty of books and a little corner shop.

Good food is important to us. Prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Paired with beer from Carinthia and wines from Austria. Enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant by the warm glow of a roaring fire in the fireplace. We call this soul food. We are an oasis of well-being.
