The Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld is a modern design hotel for active vacationers and sports-loving families, located right next to the Millennium-Express valley station. With 144 rooms, including 54 family rooms, there is plenty of space. All rooms feature a spacious sports area where all sports equipment can be conveniently stored. For our kitchen team, we are seeking a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) for the 2026 summer season starting in mid-June—someone eager for a new challenge and ready to take on responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preparation of various dishes such as conference catering, buffets, set menus, and daily specials • Setting up and supervising buffets • Mise-en-place tasks • Planning and preparation of staff meals • Receiving and maintaining inventory • Ensuring proper and hygienic storage of food • Responsibility for cleanliness and order throughout the kitchen area, in the cold storage rooms, and in all storage areas • Compliance with our quality standards, as well as legal occupational safety and hygiene regulations, is of course also part of the job
