Our corporate philosophy

Our family-run 3*** star hotel Tauferberg with a guest house is located on a sunny high plateau in the middle Ötztal at 1,550m above sea level - work and live where others go on vacation. Appreciation, appropriate payment and the good working atmosphere are the cornerstones of our philosophy. In a committed team of about 25 employees we care for and entertain our guests. Every day, everyone has the opportunity to contribute creatively. Our employees represent the Hotel Tauferberg and each one is a decisive factor in the team structure. The fact that everyone gets along well and harmony prevails is another secret of smooth operations.
