Our corporate philosophy
At the Heidi Hotel on Lake Falkert, everything revolves around families, genuine hospitality, and life in the mountains. As a family-run children's hotel, we combine a variety of vacation activities with personalized care and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Our team of about 40 people works hand in hand—from the kitchen and front-of-house staff to the front desk and housekeeping, all the way to childcare and facilities management. Every task counts, and each individual plays a part in ensuring that our guests are happy to return.
