💛 Your Mission
As Service Manager, you are the heart of our service department. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and, together with the kitchen and front desk, ensure smooth operations and delighted guests.
Requirements
🧾 Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the service area (restaurant, bar, events)
- Management, scheduling, and professional development of the service team
- Ensuring professional, warm, and efficient service
- Acting as a host and providing personalized guest service
- Liaising between service, kitchen, and hotel management
- Training new employees and apprentices
- Quality control and continuous improvement of our service standards
Assisting with cost of goods sold, orders, and inventory counts
🌟 What you bring to the table
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a leadership role
- Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to make decisions
- Strong service orientation and commitment to quality
- Very good command of German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Passion for hospitality, nature, and teamwork
