Description
The Heidi-Hotel Falkertsee, embedded in the beautiful nature of the Carinthian Alps, is looking for a committed and motivated service manager (m/f/d) to support our team with heart and passion!
Requirements
Your tasks:
- Management and organization of the service area
- Ensuring a first-class guest service and experience
- Coordination and training of the service team
- Assisting with menu and beverage planning
- Quality control and optimization of service processes
- Contact person for guests with questions and requests
Your profile:
- Experience in catering or hotel service, ideally in a managerial position
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong host qualities
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and commitment
- Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Language skills
