Our corporate philosophy

We are a family-run business, and we treat our employees accordingly.
Our team is young and dynamic, yet grounded in traditional values, and we strive to ensure our guests have a wonderful time.
Our hours of operation are unique in the restaurant industry, as we are open Monday through Friday and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (with a few exceptions). Our vacation schedule is also flexible, except for our company-wide vacations, which are two weeks in the summer and from December 23 through January 6.
