We are looking for a motivated service staff member—a breakfast server—to join our team. You will support our service crew in the morning to help our guests start their day on the right foot. Since breakfast service is often considered the hotel’s “calling card,” a positive attitude and reliability are essential. We offer a varied and challenging role within a dynamic team. Requirements
- Buffet Management: Preparing, setting up, stocking, monitoring, and restocking the breakfast buffet (food and beverages).
- Guest service: Welcoming guests, seating them, preparing all types of egg dishes and bacon, and clearing tables.
- Preparation (Mise en Place): Setting the breakfast room, preparing the workstation.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Monitoring and adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations; cleaning the service area and coffee machines.
- Follow-up: Dismantling the buffet, cleaning, and restocking for the next day.
