We are looking for a motivated service employee - breakfast staff for our company. You will support our service crew in the morning to sweeten the start of the working day for our guests. As breakfast service is often considered the "calling card" of the hotel, a positive attitude and reliability are crucial. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Requirements
- Buffet management: Preparing, setting up, stocking, checking, and replenishing the breakfast buffet (food and beverages).
- Guest service: Warm welcome, seating, preparation of all egg dishes and bacon, clearing tables.
- Preparation (mise en place): Setting the breakfast room, preparing the work area.
- Hygiene & cleanliness: Checking and complying with HACCP hygiene regulations, cleaning the service area and coffee machines.
- Follow-up: Dismantling the buffet, cleaning, restocking for the next day.
