Our corporate philosophy

We employ approximately 30 staff members and accommodate up to 100 guests. One of our special features in the summer is our private fishing pond, which is available exclusively to our guests. In the winter, the downhill run ends right next to the hotel, and our large sun terrace is a popular spot enjoyed by both guests and staff.
The on-site wellness facilities and the countless recreational options in the region are also available to employees. The diversity of the Zillertal Arena also offers a wide range of opportunities for active and relaxing leisure time.
Our staff housing is located right next to the hotel. It features newly renovated single and double rooms, as well as apartments, for our team.
We take great care to ensure our employees are well fed; even on their days off, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided free of charge.
