Our corporate philosophy

The Post am See in Pertisau is located in one of Austria’s most beautiful regions, right on the shores of Lake Achensee. We employ approximately 45 staff members and accommodate up to 155 guests. In addition to half-board, our wellness hotel also offers facilities for seminars and events. One of our special highlights is the stunning view of Lake Achensee, which both guests and staff enjoy.

We offer either "almost year-round positions" running from mid-December to mid-November with 5-, 5.5-, or 6-day workweek schedules, or seasonal positions with breaks in the spring and fall.

Since the summer of 2019, we have been a member of the Job-Life-Achensee partnership and have been rated as an AAA employer. This initiative offers numerous benefits, discounts, and special offers for employees in the region. Our staff housing is located right next to the hotel and includes single and double rooms as well as apartments for our team. The partnership also provides opportunities for continuing education and training.

The many recreational facilities on-site and in the region are also available to our employees. The diversity of Lake Achensee offers a wide range of opportunities for active and relaxing leisure time.
