Right in the heart of Radstadt, a new destination is taking shape where modern apartments, great food, and genuine hospitality come together. We’re launching in December 2026—and we’re looking for people who want to be part of it from the very beginning.

We’re not about rigid hierarchies or “That’s just how we’ve always done it.” We want to develop things together, try out ideas, and create a workplace where people enjoy working.

Wie läuft der Bewerbungsprozess ab?

Nach dem Eingang deiner Bewerbung erhältst du eine Bestätigung. Passt dein Profil, laden wir dich zu einem ersten Kennenlernen (telefonisch oder per Video) ein, gefolgt von einem persönlichen Gespräch bei uns im Haus.

Bis wann kann ich mich bewerben?

Unsere Ausschreibungen sind so lange aktiv, bis wir die passende Person gefunden haben. Solange das Inserat online ist, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.

Welche Unterlagen werden benötigt?

Wir benötigen einen aktuellen Lebenslauf und deine Zeugnisse. Ein klassisches Anschreiben ist bei uns optional – uns interessiert vielmehr deine Motivation für die Rolle.

Wie groß ist das Team, in dem ich arbeiten werde?

Du wirst Teil eines dynamischen Teams aus aktuell 5 Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die sich auf Augenhöhe begegnen. Ebenso arbeiten wir beide (Claudia & Harry) aktiv im Betrieb mit.

Wie hoch ist das Gehalt für diese Stelle?

Gesetzlich sind wir verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im Inserat anzugeben. Uns ist aber wichtig, dass Leistung fair bezahlt wird: Deinen tatsächlichen Lohn besprechen wir ganz unkompliziert persönlich vor Ort. Je nach deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation vereinbaren wir gemeinsam ein Gehalt, das für beide Seiten absolut stimmig ist.

Sind Unterkunft und Verpflegung wirklich kostenlos für mich?

Ja, absolut! Wir stellen dir eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Unterkunft (inkl. WLAN) komplett kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Auch für deine Verpflegung ist gesorgt.

Habe ich auch als Quereinsteiger:in oder Branchenfremde:r eine Chance?

Ja, absolut! Für uns zählen deine Motivation, deine Lernbereitschaft und dein Mindset oft mehr als ein lückenloser Lebenslauf in genau dieser Branche. Wenn du die wichtigsten Basiskompetenzen mitbringst und bereit bist, Neues zu lernen, unterstützen wir dich intensiv bei der Einschulung. Für die Küche sollten zumindest Vorkenntnisse vorhanden sein.
