Our Ritzenhof****S – Hotel and Spa by the Lake is idyllically situated right on Lake Ritzen, with the imposing Steinernes Meer as a backdrop. For our guests, the Ritzenhof is both a haven of peace and a source of inspiration. For our team, it is a unique workplace.
Our corporate philosophy
The wellness hotel is now run by the second and third generations of the Riedlsperger family.
It is incredibly important to us that our team is doing well. Because only then can our guests feel good too.
For Ritzenhof manager Martina, flexibility in work schedules is a must these days: “When a new team member joins us at Ritzenhof, we always sit down with them to discuss ways we can structure their work hours and conditions so that they feel comfortable working with us in the long term. And most of the time, we succeed!”
The Ritzenhof has a lot to offer its team: from free meals and free access to the Ritzensee beach to discounted spa treatments and massages, as well as free use of the entire spa area and the Injoy fitness center.
